Hardware
Analog and digital circuit design are crucial parts to the hardware development and engineering process. At this stage, we have the opportunity to build modules and sub circuitry on the computer to implement in-circuit programming if the project requires a microprocessor or design high-end sensitive circuitry such as radio frequency (RF), including receivers and transmitters for data packet exchange between devices. Our hardware design services further include high-load switching circuitry controlled by low voltage signals using buttons, switches, and even remote control.
Creating specifications or using client parameters, we can breadboard and use our quick turn prototype hardware engineering capabilities to prove concepts and test theories before connecting modules together. In some cases, part constraints limit the ability to source the proper parts, and cross referencing may not always work, so we can design alternative circuitry to achieve the results desired.
Conformance testing and design are large parts of our hardware development services. We can design to MIL Standards, CSA, or UL listings and will work with these agencies in the early stages of hardware design to utilize our time constraints wisely, while at the same time being proactive and getting suggestions from the testing facilities.
